Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item must also be free from any noticeable odors (e.g., smoke) and packed properly. You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please fill out our return form [see “Start Return”]. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Return

Upon making an order, account will be registered with your e-mail address. If you wish to make a return request, please log in to customer portal https://customer.pesupood.eu with the same e-mail address you used to place an order.
In the customer portal you can see your order and all the information in the order Detail View. You can can make your return request with Return Request submit button. After you have placed a return request, we will review it and you will get a confirmation. You will also get further directions about the shipping of the return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Customized items (e.g., personalized products).

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping cost is 2.9€ for all orders.

Non-Eligible Items for Return

We do not accept returns for underwear, bras, shapewear, garters, stockings, tights, or socks due to hygiene reasons (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(e)). If these items do not meet the return conditions outlined in this policy, the product will be returned to you at our expense, and no refund will be issued.

For other items like T-shirts, bathrobes, and nightwear, the customer is responsible for any reduction in value, such as cleaning or repackaging costs. If the item is unsellable or worthless, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the item.

In the event of a dispute, the customer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee in Estonia.
