This website is operated by Frenor OÜ (14619513) (hereinafter referred to as the “Store Manager”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Store Manager. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Client’) engage in our “Service” and agree to accept all terms, conditions, policies, and notices referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. 

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

1. General Conditions

1.1. The relationship between the parties shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia and by the Terms of Service.

1.2. The Store Manager reserves the right to make changes to the services offered in the website at any time.

1.3. The Store Manager reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service without being obligated to notify the Client via email. It is Client responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Client can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page.

2. Products and Placing Orders

2.1. The availability of the products displayed in the online store may not always be guaranteed.

2.2. If a product is out of stock and an order cannot be fulfilled, the store will contact the Client within 3 (three) business days to propose a new delivery date or an alternative product of equal value. The Client has the right to cancel the order and request a refund if they are not satisfied with the new terms.

2.3. Product images displayed in the store are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

2.4. Product descriptions in the store may not always be exhaustive and may contain unintended errors.

2.5. To place an order, the Client must provide accurate personal information including their full name, contact number, email address, delivery address, postal code, and payment method.

2.6. The Client is responsible for providing truthful information necessary for fulfilling the order. The Store Manager is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the Client.

2.7. By placing an order, the Client confirms they are at least 18 years of age.

2.8. Payment methods available include invoice payment and various payment links provided by MakeCommerce, PayPal and Stripe, OPAY Solutions.

2.9. The Store Manager is the data controller for the personal data required to complete purchases. Personal data necessary for processing payments will be forwarded to the authorized data processors: Maksekeskus AS; UAB OPAY Solutions; PayPal,Inc; Stripe,Inc.

3. Prices

3.1. All product base prices in the online store are listed in euros.

3.2. The Store Manager reserves the right to change prices at any time.

3.3. If prices are changed after the Client has placed an order and made payment, the Client will receive the products at the price in effect at the time of placing the order. The Client cannot claim compensation for any price difference.

4. Delivery Time and Conditions

4.1. Orders placed in the online store are reviewed the same day, and the Client will be contacted no later than the next business day.

4.2. The guaranteed delivery time for products is 15 business days unless stated otherwise. If delivery cannot be made within 15 business days, the Client will be informed immediately and given the option to cancel the order and receive a refund.

4.3. The products will be delivered to the address specified by the Client during the order process. Products will only be handed over to the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

4.4. The Client can choose between the following delivery methods: courier service or parcel terminal.

4.5. The Client must collect the parcel from the parcel terminal within 7 days of its arrival. Failure to do so gives the Store Manager the right to withhold delivery of the product until the Client reimburses the return shipping cost and the cost of re-sending the product.

5. Cancellation of the Agreement Before Fulfillment

5.1. If the Client wishes to cancel the order before it has been fulfilled by the Store Manager, they must notify the Store Manager as soon as possible by sending an email to info@pesupood.eu. The email must include the order number, the Client’s full name, and contact information.

5.2. If the cancellation request is received after the order has been fulfilled, it will be processed in accordance with the “Right of Return” section of this Terms of Service.

5.3. The Store Manager will refund the amount paid by the Client within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.

5.4. Refunds will be transferred to the same account from which the original payment was made.

6. Right of Return

6.1. Products purchased from the online store can be returned within 14 days from the date the Client receives the product. The Client must return the product within 14 days of submitting the return request or provide proof that the product has been handed over to the courier within that period.

7. Exchange Policy

7.1. Products purchased from the online store can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. If more than 14 days have passed, exchange requests will be handled separately.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

8.1. By placing an order, the Client consents to the Store Manager processing their personal data.

8.2. Personal data provided by the Client will be used for fulfilling the order and offering products to the Client.

8.3. The Store Manager is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of the Client’s personal data and will not disclose it to third parties without the Client’s consent, except for authorized data processors or when required by law.

8.4. The Client has the right to access, amend, or request deletion of their personal data.

9. Complaints and Warranty

9.1. The Store Manager is responsible for any defects or non-conformities in the product for up to two years from the date of delivery.
